    Great place, friendly staff, nice chill location. I'd suggest ordering online though so many people go here there's usually a nice order mix up. But all around great establishment!!!

    I've had more bad experiences than good. Once I had a reward I wanted to redeem and I asked the guy and he ended up charging me AND scanning my reward so I lost out on my free drink. A month ago, I asked the guy if he could reload my starbucks card and instead just charged my debit card, missing out on my points. Today was the last straw. I asked for an iced white mocha and my drink tastes like over roasted old coffee beans. I'll just have to go another mile down to the Starbucks on grand and Forest Park because I've never had a problem with them.

    Horrible experience. I purchased a traditional cake donut and caramel latte. The donut was given cold , when I walked away to notice, I reapproached to ask a female wearing glasses if she would warm for 3 seconds for me and she said no, that they are not allowed to warm cake donuts because of the icing. Something they might should inform some how before the cake donut is displayed that would be professional. Ugly and inappropriate to make local donut rules about icing to excuse any person of having to work or provide respect to my money.

    This Starbucks stays very busy has wonderful customer service the people that work there really know what they're doing.
